1. ONLINE GUEST RESERVATIONS :
Your Online Reservation is Pending awaiting payment, Douglas Riverside will be in contact to confirm your booking.
2. PAYMENT / CANCELATION POLICY:
Payment can be made via Visa or Master card. All Credit Card Transactions are subject to a merchant fee of 1.1%.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total accommodation fee.
Bookings made less than 14 days, prior to arrival date, full payment is required, these bookings are Non-refundable bookings
No shows will be charged 100% of the total accommodation fee.
3. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is from 2:00pm to 8pm. If arriving late please advise Douglas Riverside
Check-out time is until 10:00am.
If a later check out is required please check with management to see if it can be arranged. Please do this when checking-in
4. HOTEL MANAGEMENT is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the Houses, Apartment or Rooms.
5.LIABILITY:
The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Houses, Apartment or Rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me or my guests during our stay.
6. YOUR BIKES : Are welcome, however hotel management are not responsible for them. DO NOT keep them in the houses, apartment or rooms
